No Time for Angst rant-off at EZ-Board.

HELL YEAH!!!

Don't count on seeing me around Saturday, August 9. I'm going camping with Freddy and Jason.

A lot of people are going to suddenly become Freddy fans again, but dig this. I own Nightmares 1-5 in the original tapes sold to rental stores in the 80s. This was before a VHS tape sold for $20. This was when they were sold to rental outlets at ridiculous prices. I've had them since the early 90s.

About three years ago, I took a Nightmare on Elm Street quiz online, which was 20 questions long. Got a perfect score on my first try. It was in Portuguese. I don't speak Portuguese.

To say I'm a fan would be an understatement. No, I can't rattle off who the DP and Best Boy was in any given movie; but I know my four degrees of seperation from Robert Englund.

I don't know whether I'm going to cry, climb up the walls, or simply explode in a primal howling of joy.

Fun with Ropes

Well, I'm pushing myself even further this time. I'm now using Buzz Machines, Audacity, Hammerhead, and two versions of Tuareg to write this song - Rope Trick.

I could surely use some female vocals, just to sing a sort of nursery rhyme. However, the number of women I know who - (1) can sing and (2) would want to sing this particular ditty - is very limited.

On the bright side, I am recording again.
