Star Drifter posted the following:
Day #4..
They say that if I make it the first week, then I'm in for a much easier ride later. Well, today is likely the midpoint. A little worse, actually, as I still have four days of driving to work, working, and coming back from work to look forward to.
I'm itching to work on "At the Rave" for the Craven album, finally. Unfortunately, I'm itching for too many other things, too. I'm making good progress on the fifth Harry Potter book, considering it's a work week. After that, it's back to the Guardians of the Flames books.
I want to get involved in some roleplaying so badly, too. But within limits. I may get to start something at the official WotC boards using D20 Modern, but the moderators seem to be too busy to actually pay attention. For now, I'm just sitting in an empty irc room - #terasyl on Sorcery.Net, and hoping to snare someone. So far, no good.
On this last note, SorceryNet rocks. They have "Gameserv" to roll dice in every room. No more looking for a server which will allow my partybot (Nosferatv). Although I do miss having Noserfatv around.
Bah. Off to work I go. Tense, and jittery, and no one even knows I'm quitting at work yet. But they've also been leaving me to work on the easy stuff, which I'm thankful for.
