No Time for Angst rant-off at EZ-Board.

Work yesterday, work today, work tomorrow. Paycheck tomorrow. My paycheck. And after tomorrow I turn 26, take the day off, and (finally) go see the new Harry Potter movie with my girlfriend. I want desperately to work on "Get Your Hand ... " for the album, but I'm either stressed out getting ready to go to work, or stressed from just getting home. I'd rather work a few long shifts than a bunch of short ones, but it pays the bills.

On that note, go check out some record stores for the Howlin' Maggie album "Honeysuckle Strange." The songs $3.99 and Long Live Doug (Standing) should be considered anthems and classics. They did get a little notice for a song called "Alcohol" sometime in the late '90s. Hm. I know what I'll be listening to on the way to work tomorrow.

Links! Work is still good. I have time to wash socks, take a shower, eat lunch, and go back, actually. Still waiting until I get a few minutes to sit down and work on "Get Your Hand off My Girlfriend's .... " for the album. It's my new outlook on writing a raver-hating rave song. Thanks go to my friend for helping me find a "really effeminate techno/dance 'woo!' noise." It's amazing to see how much music I'm getting done these days.
